Store Policy

We love our customers and they love us!   So rarely are our customers dissatisfied with a purchase, but, nobody’s perfect!  But on those kinds of rare instances, our customers can return unopened and unused products to Refresh Essentials From The Berry Patch for a store credit within 15 days of receipt.

Check out some of our fair Return and Exchange policies:

• No returns or refund offers on any kind of sample, trial, or trial kits.

• Shipping charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.  Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Refresh Essentials From The Berry Patch will be accepted for a return.

• All product package return requests must be confirmed before being mailed back to Refresh Essentials.

• All returns are received and inspected before a potential refund is processed and store credit issued.  Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Product retail value and paid taxes is refunded upon a return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount issued for the store credit.

• Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• If a package or product appears to be compromised in any way, the customer will not be given a full refund.

 

We apologize but unfortunately Refresh Essentials From The Berry Patch does not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
