SHIPPING POLICY
Refresh Essentials From The Berry Patch ships to most countries worldwide via FedEx for all domestic packages and DHL for all international packages. Alaska, Hawaii, addresses will be via USPS.

Current shipping times are longer than anticipated as a result of the large demand of orders and the COVID-19 pandemic.

It may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, and 3-10 days to receive your order. Tracking numbers are assigned to all packages, and processed for shipment within 24 hours.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $30)
$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide

Refresh Essentials From The Berry Patch is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
Return & Exchange Policy
If I change my mind about a purchased product, can I exchange it?

Refresh Essentials From The Berry Patch doesn't exchange single purchased products as a result our cleansing towelettes being used for sensitive facial areas. We can not accept back any facial cleansing towelette products that has left our facilities.
​
If a product order has been shipped to me damaged, can I be compensated?
​
Rarely do we need to ship for damaged products to our customers. However, if so, we asked that you notify us info@refresh-essentials.com within 5 days so that we can replace you with a new product immediately.

Refresh Essentials offers gifts and promo subscriptions to some of your favorite family, friends and associates. You may enter their personal contact data for notification to receive a gift or promo subscription via email.
